I LOVE all the suggestions you guys are giving me!!!
Thank you!!!
And keep them coming .....but ....one small note.
I can't eat any dairy ....I know ....it's a real pain and I hate it ...but it could be worse!!
So any snacks ..... bars or anything that has dairy ....I can't have. I think that's one of the reasons I struggle with losing weight.
No milk...no yogurt....no sour cream....no chocolate....no cheese....no cottage cheese.
And I can't have Lactaid or Soy. Almond milk has been the only one I can tolerate but not a lot of it.
For you experts out there.... What can I snack on that has zero points?
Heading to the store to stock up on veggies and fruits!
Have a good day!

I am not an expert but I have lost 20 pounds in 2 months on ww. My younger sister lost 150 in 2 years and she has kept it all off for 2 years - pretty awesome! Anyway, try pretzels. you can eat 17 of the pretzel knots for 3 points. They are filling and if you drink it with a glass of water, you will see that they curb your appetite very well. I don't find my self eating too many points...rather I have trouble eating the required number of points. Good Luck!
I'm not an expert, but I do have a dairy allergy too. (as does my son) It's not easy to diet. It would be so nice to be able to have yogurt, cottage cheese or even cheese. I've found I can tolerate no fat dairy better than low fat, so there may be something in the fat of the dairy that I am allergic to. Lactaid did NOT work for me.
One thing that has helped me is adding in protein. Especially beans and nuts. Even though they may be more points, they are also more filling so I'm not as hungry after eating them.
Breafast- Toast with peanut butter
Snack- Almonds or peanuts with a piece of fruit.
Beans- I add them to salads, soups and even casseroles if I can. It makes those super low cal meals last a bit longer.
Blessings,
Heather
P.S. I read this as "Diary Allergy" and thought you were starting a food journal/diary. LOL
I am lactose intolerant and found I can eat egg beaters (1/2 C.) mixed with mushrooms, spinach and mozzarella cheese (or not). I also eat a slice of toast. This takes me quite a long way. I have also tried Lactaid cottage cheese and it worked for me. If it works for you, I add pineapple or any fruit and it's fabulous. Fiber one bars are great. Celery with salsa, yum. I still can't say enough of that veggie soup!
My sister is a WW leader and led me to lose 23lbs last year. It does take some time to find foods that work for you. Make sure you go to meetings and talk to the leader as well as other members! It's not just the food though, it's also drinking water and exercise. I would complain about not losing and she'd always remind me about "the other two".
Sorry I had to be anonymous....I could not get a google acct. to work and I was getting frustrated.
you might try coconut milk. They carry the brand Silk and So and it is non dairy and sold in milk like containers in the dairy sections or health food sections and is quite good and works with everything.
