Week THREE

Day 15 .....

When I stepped on the scales this morning .... I had not lost a single pound ..... I weighed exactly as I did yesterday .....  guess I can thank the Honey Bunches of Oats for that ... isn't it hard to believe that a 1/2 cup of dry cereal can do that?  My husband would say I hope it was worth it :)  

7am Synthroid
Green Tea (drank 1/3 of the cup)
8:45 Beef Broth (16 oz)

9:20 HCG Pill
9:45 Beef Broth
10:35 6 Strawberries

12:00 3-1/2 oz Chicken
3-1/2 oz Salad with one tablespoon of Thousand Island Lite (not allowed but I had to have it)
One pretzel

1-1/2 cup of Honey Bunches of Oats cereal (DRY) ... Major cheat on diet .. my tummy is tired of MEAT ..... I needed some fiber :)

Was not home .. had to eat at McDonalds.  I ordered a Grilled Chicken Breast Sandwich PLAIN and a Side Salad no dressing. I threw away the bun and ate the chicken breast with my salad.

Dinner with family at Nick and Jakes ...I ate chicken breast with snap peas (yummy).

I stopped writing my food down at this point ... I was going on vacation and I broke my diet quiet a few times but not badly.  I stuck to lean meat .. very little carbs ...but I did have dessert ...who can resist Mexican chocolate?   I gained two pounds on vacation :O  it could have been worse :)
