2pm My stomach has felt a little bloated so I gave in and ate 1/2 cup of dry cereal ... I LOVED IT!! and could have eaten the whole box ... but I'll admit it sure made my stomach rumble. The cereal I ate was Honey Bunches of Oats with Real Strawberries ....60 calories ... but it also has sugar which is one thing I haven't had since I started this diet. I fear I may notice on the scales tomorrow!!
