I've been trying to figure out why I felt good (had energy to move) two days last week and something came to me after googling thyroid issues .... What if I forgot to take my multi vitamin those two days (it happens)?
So, for the next three days I'm not going to take my multi vitamin ... But I'll continue to take my D3 2000. I may eliminate it too ...if I don't see a difference.
And I'm also going to start using Juice Plus+
I have problems eating vegetables (many of them taste bitter to me) and I know my body needs more fruits and vegetables.
Sorry this blog has turned into health stuff .... I'm going to continue to share because I know this information is helpful to others. (just as I appreciate all the info you all have given me!)

P. S. Not enough energy to stamp today .... But I'm meeting my neighbor to go walk for 15 minutes. Hopefully she won't have to dial 911 to get me home.....I'm just kidding ....but I may pass out when I get home. I've heard that I need to add exercise to my daily routine and since I'm desperate to get better I'm going to do everything I can!!!!
