I have a horrible sore throat today. I'm not sure it's related to my surgery. It hurts to talk and to swallow.....and I didn't have any trouble talking after my surgery.
And since I'm a big baby I've been laying in bed boo hooin. There's nothing on TV to distract me so I decided to look at some new apps for my iPhone. I instantly found a collage app and decided to give it a try.
Here's a collage of Sissy.
And......Fluffy is getting worse ..... I seriously never thought her health would go so fast after losing Sissy.
Several have ask what's wrong with Fluff. We honestly don't know. We've taken her to the vet and they don't know. We've tried several things and nothing is working ....except keeping her sedated. We thought she was missing Sissy ....then discovered she lost all of her vision in her only eye. And where they removed her eye last year ...that area is bothering her a lot. Shes crying almost non stop and hiding in really weird spots.
Here's a picture of her hiding behind the ficus tree.
She's completely lost in the house....and nothings moved. It's like something is wrong with her brain.
As most days she laying right here beside me ....crying....until the meds kick in. And to top it off when I feel bad it's almost like she's even worse.
Sorry for the gloom and doom post ... Let's call it purging :)
Good night!

Angie,
When we lost our beloved Maggie, her partner in crime grieved for several months. He had been raised with her as a pup. I asked my friend the psychologist if he was depressed and she said yes that they get really attached to other pets and us. My dog knows when I am having a bad day and is stuck to me. She started sleeping in the recliner with me after the wreck and still is. I hope I don't have to stay long in the hospital because she cries when I have to stay late at work. I think crying is good for you. Sometimes it makes you feel better. You have had a tough time and can cry when you want to. I pray God will help you and Fluffy. Is Chase doing better? I still have him in my prayers. Give yourself some more time to heal. You have been through some tough stuff. You are in a lot of people's thoughts and prayers. We miss our sasssy chic.
Love and Prayers Theresa aka messyscrapper.
Purge all you want! Better out than in!
Hope tomorrow is better for you and Fluffy.
Angie,
everyone is entitiled to a little whining... just add a little love, and laughter and you have great medicine for the start of healing. Sounds like you are on your way to getting better. Praying for you!!
Cathy
Oh, the poor little thing misses Sissy. I hope Fluffy starts to mend really soon, as it is a concern to you and your family. Our vet told us along time ago, that if you keep everything the same when a dog loses it sight, it will adapt very quickly and be able to find their way around.
Hi Angie,
So sorry to hear all about your troubles and sadness at this point. I hope all will turn up well soon.
I am very new to your blog, having found your tutorials on YouTube about 3 weeks ago. Your easy fun card making tutorials had got me trying my hand in card making too:)). You are a real inspiration!! Cheer up, and hope to hear your sweet voice again soon on your new tutorials:)
P/s I am not staying in USA, so too bad can't buy stampin up stuff, can only get limited products via eBay.
Good for you "boo hooing". It's really a good thing to talk about it and let it out. You have been though quite a year of nutzy things this year and I think you are handling all of it really well....you just kept on going so now it's time for you!! I always give myself 24 hrs to boo hoo then get back on track and it's always, always so helpful, and deserving. LOL
Thanks for all you do and I really appreciate you sharing all of this with us! You are very BRAVE and strong person.
Prayers coming every day. Casey
Sending {{{hugs}}} and prayers that today is better.
