me :)

This post is going to be all over the place.  For the past few days I've battled a headache and sore throat.  My headache went away but has returned and my throat is feeling worse...darn it!!  

But enough about that...maybe if I ignore it.... I'll feel better.

I started an online photography class and I'm going to start sharing some strange photos......or I should say some before and afters....maybe.  If I'm terrible at it ..... maybe not.

So, this morning I took a few pictures of myself to show my sisters my hair (I had it done yesterday).  With the new lens I got for my camera, it really blurred the background and I thought that was super cool!!  Most of my blurry things are an accident but this time it was intentional. (I cropped the blurry part out but trust me the cluttered background was blurry.)



I decided to play around a bit and see if I could get a picture of half of my face :)  I'm not sure what I was thinking...just go with it ..... remember I'm sick :)    
See those red lines in my eyes ....is that a sign that I'm not feeling well or the fact that I've had little sleep for the past month?   
I took a three hour nap yesterday.....to get rid of my headache ....then I stayed up late to catch Lee Dewyze on the Jimmy Fallon show (glad I did it was the best interview yet!!).  Woke up at 6am again....it's summer time and I can sleep in but my body won't let me.... what's the symbol for crying?  I'll insert the shock face :O

After a few attempts with my camera....I gave up and used photo booth.  Then my dilemma was "which picture to use".  Since I couldn't decide I loaded both.  My goal was to show them my hair.....but I guess I lost my train of thought :)


Here's some info you could probably live with out.  I take horrible pictures, don't smile much....make too many facial expressions and I seriously am not photographic (is that the right word?).  If I ever see a good picture of me I'm all over it because there are few!!!  I tell my sisters it's because my eyes are so blue, they're huge and my smile is off center :)

Since I  hate having my picture taken.....I did this while I was on the phone with my sister Deanna.  She kept hearing clicking noises and she ask me what it was.  I told her "oh, I'm taking my picture to show you my hair".....I took about 20 to make sure I had one good one!!
