Diet is going strong

I just wanted to check in and share the good news .... after four days on my new diet ... I've lost a few pounds ...  (unless my scales are wrong).

I've been documenting all the details and at the end of my 30 days I'll publish the posts so you can see all of it. 

I've had a few ladies ask me to share my diet ... so I want to really explain why I'm waiting.

Most people have good intentions ..... but there are some that do not.   Dieting is one of those subjects that everyone has an opinion on .....even those that have never struggled with weight.

So ... I'm not sharing any of the details until I've gone through my first 30 days ... I want to make sure I surround myself with positive energy and if I share my diet now ... someone will rain on my parade.  

Once I've made it through the first month I'll be educated enough to provide feedback ... you know what I mean?

I will share this ... I've had a horrible headache for two days.  But I'm not sure if it's allergies or the lack of caffeine (or the hunger).

Looking forward to the end of your 30 days and reading about your diet. If you have cut out sugar that could be causing the headache also. I was down for the day the first day I cut out sugar with a horrible headache. Sending tons of encouragement!

I'm glad to hear your new diet is going well. I agree with Brenda it could be sugar withdrawal or definitely the caffeine withdrawals!
I'm looking forward to your success at the end of your 30 days and to find out more - it was because of you that I joined weight watchers online and kick started my weight loss.

Congrats, Angie! A few pounds is a great start! Can't wait to hear all about your diet at the end of the month. You'll do great! Hope the headache goes away soon.

Hey Angie, this is Sue from Nebraska, the one who emailed you in February asking where you bought all your home decorations as we were headed down to KC to shop that week. Anyway just wanted to give you an "atta girl high 5"!!!! I have struggled with my weight all my life and 5 years ago I ended up in the hospital with chest pains and 3 stents later I was told I had to take some weight off and walk 30 minutes a day. I lost nearly 40 pounds and still to this day walk. I don't enjoy it but I know it's for my good. You can do it Angie!!! yes you can.

Kris is right. Take it one day at a time. As you get older its harder to get weight off so do not let anyone be negative to you. You are so great and always believe that. There are more of us out here that think that about you. I am 78 and weight is a thing as long as I am healthy. I wish you the very best with this and I am on throid meds. also.
