I'm also excited to see how many fabric stores I can find in route. I'm doing my research now and I know I'm going to owe Chase & Brooke something....for all the pit stops I'll be making.
All those years of living in Nashville and I don't even know where a fabric store is...but I will soon :)

I went to Memphis a couple years ago and LOVED it! I adore the South and am so excited for you & the kids. I actually said to my DH YESTERDAY that I wished I had a southern accent and he said "but then you wouldn't be able to hear it!" which is true!!! Enjoy your trip and your time home with the family!!!!
Oh, also...I'm the same way when we drive to Florida: want to find all the lss and Michaels/Joanne's/Hobby Lobby, which we don't have here. All I can say is thank goodness for GPS! It's a miracle: punch in the store and it shows you where they are! Have fun....
