I blew it

I'm leaving on Tuesday .....I don't travel well.
I can't believe I'm saying that ...what happened to the real me?

Any who it's the truth....I think it's because I don't have transportation .... Meaning my own car ...and us control freaks don't handle not being in charge. I think that's a part of It ...but not sure. The last time I flew (back in Sept) I pinched a nerve and have been going to physical therapy twice a week ever since.
 So .. I'm also afraid I may re injure myself.
My doctor told me to just ask for help ....that's not easy for me .... can't see myself doing it.
 Dave is taking me to the airport and picking me up so that's a huge relief.
 Getting on those long term parking buses always kill me!!
 I tell everyone flying is not girl friendly my opinion!

So my title of this blog post is I blew it ....and I did! I lost my one pound last week (happy about it) but this week I can't diet.
 If I get laundry done, Bella taken care of, packed and all my business stuff will be a miracle. I have five days left

 On a good note I'm learning to delegate ....thats what I learned from everything that happened last year and I'm glad I finally got it!

 P.S. I just read everything I wrote and I'd like to delete most of it. But ....after seeing 25 crazy women on the Bachelor ...I think I'm okay :). Some of those ladies SCARE me!!

Ang...I'm on WW too. Does 1/2 a can of pringles count as blowing it? I don't know why I can't focus...oh, maybe too many problems! So you are not alone. Just have fun at the meeting, relax and get back to it when you return home energized and excited. have a safe trip, girly! (And just bring lots of singles and tip the porters to help you with everything!)

I have decided not to watch bachelor this year - I saw the first 2 eposides and I'm not impressed. I also read online who he picks and I'm pissed off at him!
As for the WW I'm sticking with it - I've lost 8lbs already! When I'm hungry for chocolate I eat a few almonds. When I'm hungry for chocolate I run up and down the stairs. When I'm hungry for chocolate I'm have some green tea. Do you see a pattern here?
Anyway don't despair - it might not be the right time for you right now to start this. Try to enjoy your trip and give in to some pampering - ask for help, be driven around - pretend your rich and famous or something and you have "staff".

Angie, walking is allowed - even on airplanes. It's a good stress reliever, and you never know who you might see as you pace. Pretend you are walking to your destination. It's good exercise, too and may make up for some of those extra calories you consumed - or will. :)

Hi Angie, I am on WW too we started last Sunday. I weighed today and I lost 3.2 lbs lots more to go. LOL
On Sunday my husband Joe made the no noodle lasagna that Jennifer Hudson was talking about and you know what little Miss Picky Pants like it. LOL
